Sappho: The Art of Loving Women

This is a wonderful book. I admit I have a prejudice for 70's erotica-the soft focus, the whispy outfits, the makeup, etc. Sappho has that and much much more.
This isn't a book full of photos of women making love to one another (although there's a little of that). What makes it special is the focus on women in love. We see couples on the beach, reading poetry, holding hands, crying, laughing and playing. The photos are warm and caring, and you'll find yourself caring for the women in them. ( )
