In this wonderful 192 page book Diane has made sure that there is something for all of us seekers in every stage of our spiritual development.

She in a very loving and gentle way teaches us novices about the different methods open to us like visualization, chakras, auras and meditative practices. Then she just as easily switches gears to help those in the middle of the process to learn techniques to use our spirit guides, angels and other spiritual helpers like crystals, and healing modalities. There are also sections on soul retrieval, past lives the death process and spiritual attachments that are designed to help those deeper into their spiritual development with the focus to help us to help others. The author's focus seems to be on the divine feminine and Goddess energy, but I feel that any gender can benefit from such a well written and highly inspired book.
