Some good bits but I think this is a dip in and out book and I listened to it on audio. Also the narrator had a very soporific voice ( )

This book is amazing!!! It should be read by all people, because it teaches the most important skill in life - how to live life as a happy human being. How to have and sustain a positive outlook on life. I've already read a lot of different motivational, psychological, and other non-fiction books and I think, this book "Choosing happiness" could be seen as a summary of them all. ( )

Stephanie Dowrick has a real talent for self-help books. I cant help but like what I read in her books.
I find that I can open this book at any page and find gentle wisdom in the words. ( )
