I received this book as a gift and loved it from the start. The patterns are modern, elegant, and casual all at the same time. I plan to make quite a few of the projects featured in it. I am more of a person who likes clothes that aren't typical, but this book has some nice, cool clothes that I can wear to events that require fashion sense :-p ( )

Fitted Knits is an excellent source for modern, top-down sweater patterns. From cardigans to vests, pull overs to shrugs, Stefanie Japel has put together a wide collection of patterns loosely based upon raglan shaping. I have knit 3 patterns from this book and found them to be easily customizable to fit my body type, as well as enjoyable to both knit and wear. If you have never knit a sweater from the top, this book is an great place to start. ( )

I really love this book. There are so beautiful pictures in it and the patterns are so lovely. I will definitely knit several Sweaters out of it. ( )

I checked it out from the library and didn't find projects that grabbed me. ( )
