Contains a medieval terminology glossary, bibliography and a comprehensive table of contents, but no index. Not broken apart by country, but a good book for a beginner or someone who is interested in research in other areas. :) I only really read the first part on the 13th century, the 14th and 15th are too late a period for me. ( )
