A very good modern ghost story, with a nice pace, a melancholy but not depressing tone, and good pace and tension, and compelling characters. It falls into quiet horror, but I wouldn't say that is psychological, because when the ghosts are seen and heard they are audible and visible to all everyone there, who assumes they are real people, so they are clearly not in just in someone's mind.
