This was such a great series! I really enjoyed it, right up until the ending. This volume even tied up the endings of all the little side 'ships as well. *sigh*

However, I am left to wonder how much of the backstory here influences the events in the currently progressing Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles? After reading these last two volumes and with what is going on there it seems to me like there might be more of a connection than having just lifted the characters from one series and transplating them into another.
