Davidson, Editors (read 27 Dec 1991) This is a Congressional Quarterly book. It is made up of essays on nine Senate leaders: John Worth Kern, Henry Cabot Lodge, Joseph T. Robinson, Charles L. McNary, Alben W. Barkley, Robert A. Taft, Lyndon B. Johnson, Everett M. Dirkson, and Mike Mansfield. This was fun reading, though I found the first four essays the more interesting, because they told me more I did not know. I enjoyed reading this book. ( )no reviews | add a review
