Pros: Donuts on the cover, book is not very long
Cons: More about the author's life than his struggle with binge eating disorder, making his disorder more of a footnote than a focus. Collection of photos in the middle of the book gives away some of the story the reader has not read yet. Writing style is awkward (he seems to like using variations of "kick ass" a little too much) and meandering. Not enough about his treatment. It appears as if he just wanted to write his biography and used binge eating disorder as a way to get folks to pick it up.
