My parents got this with their wok in the 70s, and somehow this book wound up in my kitchen. Is wokking still popular? We tend to use less oil than called for, and rarely follow these instructions to the letter. ( )

Cookbook that is dedicated to cooking with the wok. Good information although it is a rather old and plain looking book.

This book is worth getting for the stories and illustrations alone. But it does include some great recipes along with a section on wok care, commonly used chinese food with substitutions if available, and several pages of suggested cookbooks. ( )
