A convoluted but interesting graphic novel that brings together Superman, Spider-Man, the Hulk, Doctor Doom, Wonder Woman and the Parasite. The fight between Supes and the Hulk is pretty decent, but a draw as these things always seem to be. More interesting is Spider-Man's reaction to Superman (and Lana Lang, whom he develops a crush on). Additionally, Spider-Man at least has a personality and a sense of humor. Supes has six-pack abs and not a lot more at this time in his development. ( )
