To my Gil who brought me to this valley and loves it as much as I.
First words
Introduction
Ghost-chasing has been to me for many years the most absorbing, entertaining and rewarding activity I've ever undertaken. Not so much have I discovered this to be true from finding where ghosts are (though that they can be found still amazes me) but in finding what they are.
The Bewhiskered Barmaid
In 1790 Old Lancaster Road was a gut-rutted, angle-changing route known as the Conestoga Trail along which lumbered the horse and wagon traffic of the day.
