Words are in dictionary order and many entries have a quarter-page or more of synonyms, related terms, and parts of speech that are conceptually similar. "Lawsuit", for example, leads you to other legal terms and cross-references (cause, legality, plea, etc.); "judge" and other people in the justice system; "court" and other legal entities; verbs (sue, litigate, accuse....); and adjectives (litigious, judicial, legal....).
