A neat book telling you what is wrong with Congress and ideas on how to fix it. Originally written in 1992 it redas like it was just written today in 2008 which is kind of troubling because the hoped for reform George Will speaks of still has not taken place 16 years later. I was surprised by the book because on TV he always seems like such an intellectual snob ... I think today he would probably disenfranchise himself from these thoughts but it is nonetheless a powerful book! ( )
