I love Scott Cunningham's books and this one didn't let me down. I love how he talks about how food can be used in our everyday lives to enrich us and to be used magically. The spells are wonderful and the recipes are great! ( )

As a self-proclaimed kitchen witch, I've always thought if you can't find it in the kitchen, you don't need it for a spell. Cunningham's book does a great job of pointing out magical tools and ingredients in the kitchen and occassionally states WHY they are (that's my one constant gripe with Cunningham-not enough of the WHY). But there are good recipes and spell ideas in here, along with good tools for spellcraft. ( )
