Lady Taylor Stapleton was devastated when her fiancé eloped with her cousin, but only her grandmother, Lady Esther knew. I've always been a huge fan of Julie Garwood. This book was no exception. The characters were likable, and you really grew to empathize with them and their situation. The writing is exceptional, and the story wonderful. ( )

Taylor and Lucas were such opposites and yet alike. Her addoption of the twins and little boy was so sweet. I loved the huge giant that kept building rocking chairs. Llucas's friend had such an inner since of humor. I was glad he ended up with the pregnant girl.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book - Lucas Ross is such a delicious hero, and the story kept me hooked all the way through. Loved the settings (it has several) and every character came alive for me. ( )
