This cheerleading book is about is like the first book for beginning cheer leaders. It gives you information on the simplest cheers and right movements. It gives you the very basic information for first time cheerleaders.
I liked this book for it being an informational about cheerleading. It reminded me of the first time I went to cheerleading at like 5 years old. It is very helpful and easy to read to a child.
This book would not be a good book to read in school but maybe to first time cheerleaders who are at a very small age. I would read this to the children and then do each movement page by page. I would also use this with a group of girls maybe a childrens sleep over and have them try to mimic each move that is presented in the book.
