Michael Scott is Line Leader at Dunder Mifflin Elementary! It's a very big job, but Michael is sure he can live up to the "World's Best Line Leader" title printed on his water bottle. There's just one problem--Michael doesn't know how to lead the line. This book is amazing at connecting something that parents like to something their child could like. It goes through Michael's resistance to getting help, but by the end of the book, Michael sees how much asking/getting help could be useful. This book would be great to read at a parent-teacher conference or if your students/children are having trouble asking for help. ( )

Really good story featuring "The Office" characters. Any fan of the show will absolutely fall in love with this book. Michael Scott has been chosen by Principal Wallace and his teacher, Ms. Levinson, to be the line leader of his class. And he is dedicated to being the best line leader he can be. Lots of props/moments from the show are incorporated into the book, such as Kevin's chili spill, Bob Vance refrigerator sticker, Michael's iconic coffee mug, and much more. The message of the book is a good lesson for kids: never be afraid to ask for help when you need it. ( )
