It's about 30 years since I read this book, but it's always stayed with me, and was responsible for a life long love for cheetahs.

Much in the same vein as Joy Adamson's books, it's about a game warden and a rescued orphan cheetah, as well as various other animal characters from the game park. The cheetah eventually grows up and is released, but brings her own babies back, when she's an adult.

Anyone who loved books like Born Free: A Lioness of Two Worlds or Solo: The Story of an African Wild Dog would probably appreciate this as much as I did. ( )
