Wonderful Harlequin Intrigue by Patricia Rosemoor! Echo St. Clair, red-haired owner of a New Age shop, and a group of local high school teenagers get permission to use Dunescape Cottage, an old Victorian mansion, for a fund raiser to turn it into a Haunted Mansion for Halloween. Once there she meets the owner, elderly "crazy" Addy (who talks to the ghost of her dead twin brother), and handsome Bram Vanmatre, a lawyer from Chicago who is visiting his aunt Addy. This was a really fun and captivating read. I liked the interesting cast of characters, the sinister, dark atmosphere of the mansion (including the hidden rooms and secret passageways), the Halloween season setting, and the hero and heroine as they try to solve a thirty year old mystery.
