I found the relationship debate Glory finds herself in with Blade to be tedious in this book, but it seemed like the character did come to some decisions by the end of the book. Hopefully book 3 in the series will tone down the wispy "he loves me, he owns me, I hate him, I love him" turmoil that Glory put herself through in this one. great series of books, each one is a ball of fun and I have to read them right through so they only last a day. **Sigh**Nothing really in depth in characters just a fun loving vampire who is trying to run her business and avoid energy vampires. Her boyfriend is away in most of this book and there are little in the way of relationship development.Open read and enjoy. Don't study it too much. Mind candy!! I love gerry bartlett books. Her characters are great. I can't wait until her next one comes out! The book was a great read and a great laugh. Very cute book featuring Gloriana, a 400+ year old vampire who lives in Austin and runs a vintage clothing store. Unfortunately, she has a lot of stored power and some energy vampires are trying to steal it. Has one of the funnier lines I've seen in a book lately - "I've had better sex with a were-duck." no reviews | add a review
