This is the story of Echo Heron a nurse in a busy California hospital in the 1980's. Echo talks of her nurses training, patients, physicians and working in a cardiac care unit. The story is told with humor and poignancy.
She goes into great detail about several of the patients she worked with, which I enjoyed. ( )
