I had a lot of fun with this one- it's a true picture book with the shortened story format and beautiful pictures (which seem to be created with altered photographs. The story is a simple love story between a woman and a faery king (who's a kind of hot blend of goth and warrior). I admit that I would have liked for the love story to be developed more, but I really had fun with this kind of unique format. I don't know where I came across it (that is, how I found out about it and added it to my PBS wishlist), but I'm glad I did. ( )

I like the artwork, but I do not read romance novels. No matter what time period, region, etc, they all read the same. ( )
