This book about eating too much junk food and becoming unhealthy features bears in a fantasy story. In the end they realize they need to take care of their bodies and eat healthier, while also including more exercise in their routine. It's a fantasy book because bears are the main characters, and we all know that bears can't talk nor do they wear clothes and eat healthy adult food. Media: Ink and watercolor ( )

This Berenstain Bears are a great series of books. The too much junk food one would be good to teach children healthy eating habits. 2nd graders would enjoy this book the most, however any age can read this series.

This book teaches children about junk food and how it is not really that good for you. It shows children alternative things to eat as snacks. It also shows children how candy can rot your teeth and how you will need to go to the dentist. The mother doesn't like the children eating the junk food and the father is eating it along with them.
