An absolutely lovely book. Beautifully evocative descriptions of Highland life and a wealth of interesting plant-lore. Katharine Stewart's prose is a pleasure to read and her love for the natural world is evident throughout. Highly recommended for anyone with a passion for gardening or the Highlands. ( )
