There was a radio show on the BBC where a panel of "the Chattering Classes" was asked to speak on a single topic, off the top of their heads, for 60 seconds straight! You could be challenged for going off topic, and for pausing. For me it was great fun. Part of the show also dealt with stories, also improvised, created by punning on proverbs or clichés. This is an anthology of the more memorable stories. I believe the show was "My Word".
It beat the pants off "Duck Dynasty" or "here Comes Honey Boo-Boo!" ( )
