Sentimental, didactic, dopey plot, unrealistic characterisation. Well past its use-by date... ( )This story is very interesting and character are so great. I have a sister but I think we can't live without parents. Those women are strong! I love the March sisters! Depending on where I am in life, I always end up identifying with a different sister and for me that just makes the book better. This book is a classic! It's the story of the March girls' lives. They are all very different characters but they pull together when times get tough. It's heart-warming and inspiring. One of my all time favorite classics-I loved the book and the movie versions. no reviews | add a review
