World Without End ... ... if you aren't in the right frame of mind to read them you find it hard to get into them. I bought one months ago called Death of a Murderer and it took me months and at least four false starts before I read it right the way through.
I would say Kevin was worth the effort but it might ... ... woman who sometimes make wishes that come true, including her wish to be struck by lightning. Strange but enjoyable.

Policeman keeps guard in the morgue over the body of Myra Hindley (never named in the book) and what seems to be an uneventful night of quiet reflection over his life and relationships soon becomes a night of ... ... to my stay in hospital yesterday with lots of waiting and not much happening I finished The Ice Queen and loved it and Death of a Murderer also very good.
Am still in the middle of both The Blindfold and BUtterfield 8 but expect to finish both shortly and am just a few stories away ... ... I got round to it. I'll start with my 'shortlist':

An interesting read, well crafted and thought provoking. Recommended. Actually I think it's going to be pretty good, although I have only just started it. Death of a Murderer by Rupert Thomson.
