Though I like to consider myself a relatively open-minded and deeply spiritual person, I found this book a little bit difficult to read. I found it too flaky for my liking, and had trouble with some of the more New Age thoughts which were expressed. I'm keeping it in my personal library though because I do want to try to read it again at some point in the future, and I do appreciate a few of the chapters. I especially liked the meditation described at the very beginning of the book. ( )
