A great book. I really like the MOI (Motivation, Organization, Innovation) model he uses to address leadership. There are plenty of good techniques in here and the questions and the end of each chapter really help in the change proccess. If you just read the book then you aren't getting as much out of it as you could. I found the few disparaging remarks about psychologist out of place and the book could really do without them, but they aren't distracting enough to detract from the topic at hand.
