Intelligently and amusingly written, a wide range of recipes that leave me in a complete quandary each time as to which one I'm going to make, and some beautiful photographs. The recipes are in both 'cups' and grammes, which is useful for both Europeans and North Americans. Highly recommended! ( )The one book you need if you just bought an ice cream maker. Lots of creative ideas to make your creations not only taste great but look great, too. It even has a chapter called "Vessels" that focuses on cones and crispy or crunchy things to put your ice cream in. My only caveat is that not all the recipes have pictures. The very best ice cream book ever. Make the strawberry-sour cream ice cream, you won't be sorry. no reviews | add a review
