Midnight,by Erin Hunter is a wonderful book about six cats that embark on a journey together that will change their lives. Starclan tells them that in order to save their clans, they must find midnight. Together, the four choosen cats, one from each clan, a pesky apprentice, and a caring brother run through unfamiliar plains, twoleg nests, and sharp rocks, and find more than just a prophecy about the forest. You will have to read Midnight to figure out this adventure! ( )

An entertaining story. I can see that Rusty/Firepaw/Fireheart will have to become Firestar by the end of the Warriors saga. I didn't like it enough to get the next 5 books but it's a good YA tale & I love cats - even ones who don't appreciate being kittypets.

I read the first chapter and that was it...I had to keep reading. There is so much anventure in this book that I will start reading the rest in the saga. ( )
