This is the last in a series of five books looking at pastoral issues associated with various stages of life. It primarily focusses on those living alone following the death of a partner, but is inclusive of those who live alone for other reasons.
The book is aimed at those who provide pastoral care, rather than than as a self help text for those in the situation themselves. To this end there are many real life examples used to illustrate points and practical suggestions that have caused me to reflect on my own underlying attitudes and practice. ( )
