Filled with useful teaching stories that specifically target stressed-out modern city-dwellers, Jeon tells you how to become: More creative in the workplace; More generous and helpful to others; More connected to your loved ones; Combining spiritual teachings with down-to-earth humour, Jeon has written an inspired instruction manual for living in the present moment (no matter how chaotic), while achieving personal goals of freedom and relaxed wakefulness.
