Horribly dated in many regards, but with a helpful perspective on information retrieval and tons of information on Dialog. ( )

This was the textbook we used for my database online search class--my how things have changed--and believe it or not--we librarians still have many tools and techniques at our disposal that will prove very useful to you--our customer even now in the days of google--there are many, many things we can find that are not even dreamt of in your philosophies Horatio...
