I love your review of Solo. That's definitely made it to my wishlist. And since I detest pop tarts I shall steer clear of Tao Lin's book. Thanks for the warning. I finished Solo by Rana Dasgupta (4-1/2 stars) and Shoplifting from American Apparel by Tao Lin (1/2 star) on Saturday, and My Men by Malika Mokeddem (4 stars) on Sunday. Today I should finish cameling in 75 Books Challenge for 2009 : Kidzdoc' 75 Books Challenge for 2009 #6 (Oct 15, 2009, 10:34pm) ... CA has plenty of, it's great restaurants serving top grade sushi and sashimi. Since I know you'll be posting a review of Solo soon, I won't turn but a very light shade of green from envy. ... reading them.

Around about 6th Grade age (in England) we read Boy and Going Solo by Roald Dahl which were brilliant as it linked his childhood to his stories and was written in his typical anarchic way.
