I couldn't put this book down. Peter Shaw describes with great honesty his time in captivity, 4 months of which he was kept in a hole in the ground, with slugs, rats and no light. He says that he doesn't see himself as a hero but to survive his horrendous ordeal, he must be a remarkable man. An inspirational read. ( )
