It was sad at times (almost starting balling on the commute into work on the train), but well worth it. Enjoy! ( )very good "beach" (summer) read ... light, entertaining, flowing -- overall good read which I needed after having picked 2 bad ones! Decent summer read... not too deep, not too shallow. Normally I really like these summer beach reads, but this one i just could not get into. I am trying very hard to stick with the book, but i think it's the characters that do it for me. The 3 women just annoy me to no end. The Nantucket setting was great, it reminds me of summers at beach houses, but that was about all that connected me to the story & characters. This is a terrific beach read. The book flies by and was a perfect read for vacation. no reviews | add a review
