This was quite a sexy book with great secondary characters for this story. The stories are happening more or less at the same time, but that just makes you want to read more.

The hero was fantastic, he had the paience and the intelligence to deal with his fragile heroine and was quite sexy doing it. The patience definitely built up the sexually tension. The heroine had a hard life but was managing if not always successfully to try to live her life and when she meets the hero she thinks its just friends but realizes soon that she wants more and with the hero strength and patience she finds a great love worth fighting her fears of the past and the stalker of the present.

My only small problem with the book is that there is not a lot of background about the vampire society (he is, she isn't). Where was the story located, is it general knowledge that there are vampires, are there other supernatural beings?

But I really enjoyed this book, and will be getting the others my only problem will be paperback or ebook. ( )
