Well-formatted cookbook, with both ingredients and instructions on the same page for each recipe. Also, very well thought out menus. Just how "fast" they are is questionable; most home cooks would be well-pressed to finish the menu rapidly. Also, calls for some rather obscure ingredients at times (quail eggs, pata negra ham)but not too often. Lots of intense flavors. Overall, good book for a good home cook who's looking for innovative recipes and menus. ( )
