Well organized and easy to read, "Houston Dining on the Cheap" is an interesting guide to eating in town. I would argue, however, that his definition of cheap and mine are quite different: I don't consider an entree that costs over $10 to be a deal. I did like the fact he reviewed eateries all over town and skips all the chains. ( )
