This is a collection of very average stories, with only a few exceptions (both good and bad).

This averages out to 5.5/10 but I'm deducting points for the horrible editing job that's been done: this book is full of typos.

Tourist - Charles Stross (2/10)
The Long Chase - Geoffrey A. Landis (7/10)
Coelacanths - Robert Reed (5/10)
Liking What You See: A Documentary (6/10)
The Black Abacus - Yoon Ha Lee (8/10)
The Discharge - Christopher Priest (6/10)
Aboard the Beatitude - Brian W. Aldiss (5/10)
Droplet - Benjamin Rosenbaum (5/10)
The War of the Worldviews - James Morrow (6/10)
Breathmoss - Ian R. MacLeod (8/10)
Angles - Orson Scott Card (5/10) ( )

This has the stories and only a really brief intro. The stories average 3.65, so I guess this book you could call a 3.75, and only a pretty standard amount of stories for a year's best.
