(Warning: meandering sentence awaits.) Well, I'm always glad to hear what Jane has to say.... Once I heard that the Germans, (being introverted Teutons), say: sehr gut--'very good'-- when they mean, 'absolutely outstanding'.... And I'm not sure that I'd call it absolutely outstanding.... Maybe I don't agree with everything, maybe there are mistakes.... But it is very good; it is not as though Jane were like other girls.
