Officer Rainie Conner has a nightmare first case as lead officer when a high school shooting in her home town reveals a shocking perpertraitor. The arrival of FBI Agent Pierce Quincy gives Rainie a love interest and together they work to find the gunman's accomplice, who may have been involved in more than one high school attack. But time is running out as Rainie becomes the killers next target. Someone on Name That Book was asking about this novel and I'm very proud because I managed to work it out first.
