Gulliver's Travels is a novel that is satirical. It goes under fiction, obviously. I am America and So Can You is the kind that goes here. As always, common sense trumps.

I've abandoned listening to the audio book I am America and so can you by Stephen Colbert. I really like him, but this book was more annoying than funny. And if I want to listen to him, I'm always behind on Colbert Reports that I can pull up on the computer from his website.

Aha! I have never read I am America (and So Can You!) but I have read The Crimson Petal and the White.

#34) I am America (And So Can You) by Stephan Colbert - This had to be listened to as an audiobook. There were some pretty funny parts and it was pretty short as far as audiobooks go. If you like America by Jon Stewart, you will like this.

#3 - I Am America And So Can You by Stephen Colbert, audiobook (library). Nothing is sacred in this book to Colbert! Many laugh-out-loud moments at the sheer chutzpah!

Listened to I Am America (And So Can You!) by Stephen Colbert yesterday. I don't watch the Colbert Report so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but damn, was it funny!

6. I Am America (And So Can You!), Stephen Colbert This book was pretty much like watching the show, except with no boring interview at the end. I loved the chapters on religion and homosexuality, and even the chapter on sports, which I have zero interest in or knowledge of, was pretty funny.

I think Stephen Colbert is doing something new and fun with his recent new release, I Am America (And So Can You!). It plays off what makes his show and character successful, while also satirizing the pundit-written politics book. It's a fun book to read in short bursts, I've found.

Reading funny books at the moment: Life With Jeeves I Am America (And So Can You!) I'm sick today, so I'm lying in bed listening to Madama Butterfuly and reading Life With Jeeves, waiting for my stomach to stop hurting so freaking much.

I couldn't help it - I bought I Am America. I have no self-control.

Still readin Life With Jeeves, and have just started I Am America, which leaves me cackling like a fool. Funny books are good!
