Scarf patterns are usually so simple and unnecessary, but this book has some really creative patterns and techniques I haven't seen before. ( )"Don't judge a book by its covers", they recommend - this one is a good example of that. Had I not been able to see the contents, I wouldn't have bought it... and would have missed a quirky little book. I think there's something for everyone: easy but 'different' designs for an absolute beginner, and some things that even a more experienced knitter hasn't tried. At least I haven't, even though I've been knitting for 30-odd years. What's even more interesting, this book may encourage you to experiment with your yarns, and that can't be a bad thing. no reviews | add a review
