After all, both felt the same attraction when they met up in Scotland. But Burnett has a history with Melissa's cousins, and the two must fight to be together despite family disapproval. The last third of the book I found tragged. The uncles took up too much space for my liking. She fell in love with and planed to marry Lincoln Ross Burnett from Scotland and London. Lincoln resented his mother fearsly for sending him to live with his Uncle in London. A longtime feud raged with the brothers. The ended up together and the Uncles were at hand to applaud the cermony.
