After Ryan's grandfather has a stroke, he becomes a different person changing his and Ryan's close relationship. Despite his changes and all of Ryan's fear and anger, they still find ways to be close to each other. Ages 4-7

Ryan and his grandpa go fishing every Saturday but after grandpa's stroke they couldn't go anymore. Ryan sees a difference in his grandpa's personality during the rehabilitation process. His grandpa is mean and he just is not use to seeing him that way. It gets better over time. ( )

Ryan's grandpa had a stroke so his grandpa had to do rehabilitation. Through the process of rehabilitation, Ryan learns about what it means to have a stroke and what the general idea of what it is.

A boy and his grandpa would always go fishing and enjoy time together but now his grandpa can't do this anymore because he was affected by a stroke. The little boy doesn't quite understand what's happened and starts getting dissappointed that his Grandpa can't do all the things they used to do. so then the mom explains that people go through changes. So then the little boy decides to take his grandpa fishing even though on a wheel chair . He sets him on the dock and enjoys his time with him again. ( )
