Your review	I hardly think that The hobbit needs an introduction. it's a classic work of fantasy and an epic histroy that never happened. The scope of detail, care and 'history' Tolkien put in the Hobbit and even more in the Lord of the rings trilogy will not be easily surpassed. A must read before you start the LOTR trilogy
