Arthur wants a puppy so to prove he is responsible enough he starts a pet business. Things get a little crazy and in the end one dog has puppies. As a reward, Arthur get's to keep one of the puppies.

Arthur's Pet Business is a good book to read to children about responsibility. I would recommend this book to elementary teachers and parents.
